58662?

Doctor has noted he performed 58662, Dx lap with excision of endometriosis. The portion of the operative report that addresses this reads:
Biopsy of the uterosacral ligament at its attachment to the uterus was done. The was suspicious for endometriosis. There being no other evidence of lysis of adhesions or endometrial biopsy, endometriosis biopsies, the abdomen was allowed to desufflate and reinsufflate.
Is that enough to bill 58662 or should this be surgical Lap with biopsy, 49321?
Path report came back with ureterosacral ligament biopsy-benign mesothelial lined fibrovascular and adipose tissue, with minute dystrophic calcification; no endometriosis or neoplasia is identified.

Sounds to me like it should be the biopsy code rather than 58662.
