Redacted Medical Records

Wondering if anyone out there would be willing to send a couple sample (scrubbed/redacted) medical records to be used as examples in coding training publications.

Specifically at the moment I would love one for diabetic retinopathy.

I would also really find a diagnosis code production report with no patient data very useful for a handful of different specialties.

    To add to Michelle's message, if anyone can share a musculoskeletal related visit for a patient with RA I would greatly appreciate it. preferable E/M as that tends to maybe have a little more data.
