I'm having a hard time understanding which diagnosis to use in the following. Patient comes in and has a CT foot and the signs and symptoms that come over are neuropathic ulcer of right foot and cellulitis. CT confirms diagnosis. What diagnosis do I code the cellulitis or the ulcer (by the way there's no documentation of patient being a diabetic)?

Also, I get over signs and symptoms wound, ulcer and cellulitis - no diabetes - do I code all three diagnosis and what if the patient is diabetic?

I could really use someone I can contact when I have questions involving wound care as I'm learning this all on my own.

Thanks and any help would greatly be appreciated.
