Ever use the PQRS feedback reports and/or informal review?

I see CMS has opened the PQRS informal review process -- which is for people who've already checked their feedback reports, and think CMS has failed them by mistake.

Has anyone here ever used either the feedback reports or the informal review? Is it straightforward or complicated?
