Admin Code for J1602

Cahaba has verified that they do not accept CPT codes 96401-96549 for subcutaneous administration of monoclonal antibodies. However, there is no information regarding the appropriate IV administration code for these drugs. Would the chemotherapy IV administration code 96413 or the IV administration therapy code 96365 be more appropriate for the monoclonal antibody drugs, such as Simponi, J1602
