    Lisa,When you mentioned the "auxiliary personnel" I realized that your nurse was probably talking about G0447. G0447 pays a little more than 99211. There is also the group option of G0473. I would research these codes and see if they apply to anything she is doing. Incident to requirements still must be met, and they are only for obesity.
