I am looking for psychiatry coding and documentation training, is anyone one aware of any such thing?

There's a lot out there but some I'm more familiar with are:

E/M University has an educational program for a fee: https://learn.emuniversity.com/course/category.php?id=37

Your psychiatry providers should have membership to an association that provides documentation and coding education. I'd recommend checking that out too.
